VERSADRILL

 
The Sumo Versadrill offers a new way forward in crop establishment. Capable of drilling large acreages, the Versadrill can either subsoil and drill direct into stubble, or follow the plough and press with traditional drilling.

In addition, the RDS electric system and hi-spec chassis make this the most versatile drill available on the market.
FEATURES
  • V-shape soil loosening legs capable of a depth of 300mm.
  • Full width hydraulically adjustable levelling paddles.
  • New linkage mounted drawbar facilitates the use of your tractors
    draught/traction control, which reduces hp requirement and
    improves turning circle.
  • Easy access to coulters and minimum service times.

SEED METERING

  • Seed flow electrically driven and controlled by radar sensed RDS Artemis system.
  • Quick-change cartridge enables specific crop dedicated rotors to be fitted.

VERSATEC COULTERS

  • Front semi-pneumatic wheels firm and level surface prior to seed placement.
  • Hardened 460mm (18") discs running at 5 degrees cut through the surface and trash.
  • Tungsten coulters place seed accurately in the shadow of the disc.
  • Parallel depth adjustment of coulter.
  • Large springs and staggered encased rear press wheels for optimum contour following trash clod clearance.
