Sumo UK Ltd are continuously improving their products and reserve the right to make any alterations without prior notice. All horse power requirements, measurements and specifications are to be used as guides only.

Sumo UK Ltd will evaluate the prices throughout the year without prior notice. 
VAT is not included. E & OE this price list supersedes all other existing price lists.

Sumo UK Ltd delivery dates are only quoted as guidelines at the time of order.

The manufacture, supply and delivery of all machinery is subject to Sumo UK Ltd's 'Terms and Conditions of Business'. A full copy of the Terms and Conditions of Business is available on request.

WARRANTY

All machinery manufactured by Sumo UK Ltd holds a 12 month warranty. 
This warranty includes any manufacturers’ defect excluding wearing parts providing that Sumo UK Ltd agree that the machine has been used according to manufacturing and user guidelines. Sumo UK Ltd insists warranty claims must be activated by a
strict procedure. 

Sumo UK Ltd must be notified immediately.

Any modification, repair or alteration must not be carried out with out permission from Sumo UK Ltd after receiving photographic evidence and a completed Sumo UK Ltd warranty form.

Upon approval, any parts needed for repair must come direct from Sumo UK Ltd. Whenever necessary a Sumo UK Ltd engineer will carry out any warranty repairs. If not possible only trained engineers, with the permission of Sumo UK Ltd, may carry out any work needed.
