Sumo Welcomes Craig Whiting as New Export Sales Manager
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Whiting as Export Sales Manager at Sumo, effective from 3rd August 2026.
Craig brings with him 20 years of experience within the agricultural industry, including the last 10 years heading up global sales for an industry-leading agricultural manufacturer. His extensive experience in international markets, team leadership and business development makes him a valuable addition to the Sumo team as we continue to strengthen our growing export network.
With a strong understanding of the agricultural machinery sector and a methodical approach to sales, Craig has built a career around developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting teams to achieve their goals. His strong communication skills, team-focused approach and motivation to succeed will be key as Sumo continues to expand its presence across international markets.
In his new role, Craig will be responsible for supporting Sumo’s export customers and dealer network, developing new opportunities in international markets, and ensuring customers continue to receive the high standard of service and product support expected from Sumo UK Ltd.
Craig will work alongside Robert Shepherd, who remains an important member of the export team. Together, they will strengthen relationships with our international dealers and customers, support local market requirements, develop new opportunities and help drive continued growth across Sumo’s global network.
As Sumo continues to grow its international dealer network, Craig’s experience and knowledge will play an important role in supporting our customers and partners around the world.
